Interesting article asking the questions about UAPs being ET probes. If this is the case and you are going to open the door that ET (at least its technology) might be an avenue worth exploring, as the Kirkpatrick/Loeb paper suggests, then we are faced with a larger question. It might explain the UAP phenomenon back to 2004, but if you look at the phenomenon going back to 1947, we had other craft that were less like probes and more like piloted craft. How do we explain the history. Assuming, of course, that ET is the explanation and this is not something else, such as natural phenomena.
